FITIV Pulse 10.11 Is Here: Cycle Tracking and New Sharing Options
.jpg)
FITIV Pulse 10.11 is live, and it's one of the biggest updates we've shipped. Cycle Tracking connects your cycle to the training and recovery data you already track, and Sharing got a full redesign, covering workouts and your daily metrics.
TL;DR
- Cycle Tracking is live: log your period, flow, and symptoms, see your phase, and connect it to recovery and training
- Works through every stage, regular cycle, hormonal contraceptives, pregnancy, lactation, perimenopause, and menopause
- Optional Cycle Insights uses AI to surface patterns between your phase and your sleep, recovery, and training data
- Sharing redesigned: customizable workout cards, plus share Strain, Recovery, Sleep, Battery, Stress, and Training Readiness straight from the Today tab
- Update now on the App Store or Google Play
What's New in Cycle Tracking?

Log your period, flow, and symptoms right from the Cycle tab, and see your current phase at a glance: Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulation, or Luteal. This isn't a bolt-on period tracker, it sits alongside your training, recovery, and health scores in the same app you already use.
Cycle Status in Cycle Settings covers Regular cycle, Hormonal contraceptives, Pregnant, Lactating, Perimenopause, and Menopause, so the feature keeps working through every stage, not just a standard monthly cycle.
What Does Cycle Insights Do?

Turn on the optional Cycle Insights card and AI connects your cycle logs with your sleep, recovery, and training data. A Recovery dip that keeps showing up in the same phase gets explained instead of dismissed as noise.
What Changed in Sharing?
Two things changed here, not one.
Workout cards, redesigned. Route maps, heart rate zone breakdowns, and key stats, all in one card. Pick an accent color, choose which metrics show, add your own photo background, and post straight to your socials.
Today tab metrics, now shareable. You're no longer limited to workouts. Select and share Strain, Recovery, Sleep, Battery, Stress, Training Readiness, and more, right from the Today tab.
✅ What good looks like: Building a card that actually reflects what a session or a day felt like, not settling for a plain screenshot.
How Do I Get 10.11?
Update through the App Store. Existing settings, logs, and history carry over automatically, there's nothing to reconfigure.
