Share Your Training and Win a Pair of AirPods Pro 3

In-app sharing is live in FITIV Pulse, and we are marking the launch by giving away a pair of Apple AirPods Pro 3.

Here is what changed in the app. There is now a share icon at the top of your scores, your post-workout summary, your badges, and your milestones. Tap it, pick the metrics you want on the card, choose a story or a post layout, set an accent color, and drop in your own photo as the background. Then send it straight to your story or save it to your camera roll and post it wherever you want. Your data, on your image, in your style.

How to share

1. Open any score, workout summary, badge, or milestone in FITIV Pulse and tap the share icon at the top of the view.

2. Pick the metrics you want on the card, choose a story or post layout, set an accent color, and add your own photo as the background if you want one.

3. Send it straight to your story, or save it to your camera roll and post it wherever you like.

Entering is simple. Share something from the app, post it publicly on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook with us tagged, or post it in our subreddit or our Facebook group. That is it. Every qualifying post counts as one entry, so the more you share, the better your odds.

One request, though. Post the version that is true, not the version that looks best. Turning data into guidance is the whole reason FITIV Pulse exists, and guidance only works when the data is honest. A recovery score of 41 after a week you thought went fine teaches more than a personal best does. A stress reading that climbed during a meeting says something a step count never will.

So show us the number that finally explained how you felt. The score that disagreed with your body. The messy week you showed up for anyway. The badge that took six months. The morning the app told you not to train, and you listened.
