FITIV Pulse 10.14 Is Here: Garmin Connect Brings Your Training Into Focus

October 23, 2026
FITIV Now Support Garmin Connect

FITIV Pulse 10.14 is live, and it brings FITIV to Garmin® users through a direct Garmin Connect™ integration. Your Garmin tracks it. FITIV tells you what to do with it: when to push, when to recover, and how to get more out of every workout.

TL;DR

  • Garmin Connect integration is live: connect your Garmin account and bring in your workouts, sleep, heart rate and daily metrics, no Apple Health needed
  • All day: one Training Readiness score that tells you how hard to train today
  • While you train: live Heart Rate Zones, sets and reps tracking, live coaching and custom intervals
  • Overnight: Recovery and Sleep scores built from your Garmin data
  • You can also broadcast your Garmin heart rate for live workout tracking
  • New Cycling and Running cards in the Today tab, with your distance, pace, cadence, power and trends
  • Now optimized for iPhone Duo
  • Update now on the App Store

What’s New with Garmin Connect?

Go to More (•••) > Garmin Connect, sign in with your Garmin account, and FITIV starts reading the workouts, sleep, heart rate and daily metrics your watch syncs to Garmin Connect. No Apple Health bridge needed.

The connection is read-only, so FITIV reads your Garmin data but doesn’t change anything in Garmin Connect. FITIV builds its own Recovery, Sleep and Strain scores from the raw data, so Garmin’s own scores like Body Battery and Training Readiness stay in Garmin Connect.

A couple of things to keep in mind. Your data starts from the moment you connect, so your history stays in Garmin Connect and your trends build from here. If Garmin Connect also writes to Apple Health, turn off its Workouts permission so the same session doesn’t arrive twice. Wear an Apple Watch too? FITIV builds one consistent set of scores from both, and every workout card shows which device it came from.

The Garmin Connect integration is available on iOS only with a FITIV Pro Membership.

How Does FITIV Upgrade Your Garmin Training Experience?

Garmin is great at collecting data. FITIV turns that data into a plan for your day. Here’s what changes once your Garmin is connected.

Training Readiness. FITIV’s Training Readiness score is personalized and adapts based on all your key daily scores, including Recovery, Sleep, Strain, Stress, Battery and Training Load Ratio. This holistic approach guides your decisions and helps you optimize each workout for better results.

While you train: a live workout experience built around you. Train with live Heart Rate Zones, sets and reps tracking, live coaching, custom intervals and your own zones. Build any workout your way, then see Strain and Training Load when you finish.

Overnight: know how well you recover. See how well you slept and how recovered you are, with Recovery and Sleep scores built from your Garmin data. The more you wear your watch, the more personal your scores get.

Want Live Heart Rate During Workouts?

You can still broadcast your Garmin’s heart rate to FITIV and track your workouts in real time. The two work side by side: broadcast for live workout heart rate, Garmin Connect for your daily health and training data.

What Else Is New in 10.14?

New Cycling and Running cards. Two new cards in the Today tab bring your sport into focus. See your distance, pace, cadence and power, a heat map of your training, your records and a power curve, with trends from 7 days to 2 years.

Built for iPhone Duo. FITIV Pulse is now optimized for Apple’s foldable iPhone, with a layout that adapts to the larger screen and every position you hold it in.

Plus improvements and bug fixes.
