We're Hosting a Live AMA on Reddit

The FITIV Pulse team is hosting a live Ask Me Anything over on our Reddit community, r/fitiv_app. We wanted to create a space where anyone can ask questions about the app, learn more about how we build it, and hear directly from the people behind it.
FITIV Pulse started as an idea to make heart rate training more accessible. Over the years, it has grown into a full fitness platform that helps people track their workouts, understand their recovery, and make smarter decisions about their training. A lot of that growth has come from listening to the people who use the app every day, and this AMA is another way for us to do that.
Whether you're curious about how heart rate zones and recovery metrics work, what goes into building a fitness app for Apple Watch and Wear OS, how we decide what features to prioritize, or where FITIV Pulse is headed next, this is your chance to ask. There are no off-limit topics. If you have a feature request, a question about how something works, or you just want to know more about the team, we're happy to talk about it.
We're also looking forward to hearing from people who are newer to the app. If you recently downloaded FITIV Pulse and want to know how to get the most out of it, or if you're still deciding whether it's the right fit for your training, the AMA is a great place to start.
Head over to the thread, read through what's already been asked, and feel free to drop your own question. We'd love to hear from you.
